Our December 2019 Newsletter

Thanksgiving has come and gone...

From Morrin Law Office, we’d love to sincerely wish you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a wonderful New Year.

As you reflect back on 2019 and make your resolutions for the year ahead, make sure to remember, above all else, to

Be Bold, Be You, Be Well!

“If you’re good at what you do, then you don’t need to advertise.”

People (sometimes other attorneys) have said this, either to me or about me, and there is SOME truth to it. But I’m not operating on quota (need), I’m operating on potential as my expectation.

Muhammad Ali said “I AM THE GREATEST” because he knew who he was; he knew what he did when nobody was watching, he knew how much he trained, how much he focused on his craft, and how hard he worked to become a master. Y’all go ahead and stay quiet because I’ve been working, training, and focusing on my craft; the insurance companies know me.

Nobody helps folks through personal injury and car accidents better than us. We work hard on our craft and on ourselves. We focus only on personal injury in Kentucky.

WE ARE THE GREATEST! 🥊 #nevercomplacent

Please stop complaining. Ask for help, ask for advice, ask why, and get working on the solution. 🤷‍♂️

Could you give up complaining for a whole month? That’s the crux of this interesting piece by Jessica Hullinger over at Fast Company. Hullinger explores the reasons why humans are so predisposed to griping and why, despite these predispositions, we should all try to complain less.

Your Daily Dose of Cute Kiddos

Wyatt, my son, I am proud of you and especially proud of how you’re weird just like your Daddy; never change. Last month saw the latest Happy Birthday to the most advanced 4 year old I know!

Big man practicing and learning! 🏀

A little legal advice from your neighborhood personal injury lawyer!

Attorney Rob Morrin, of Richmond, KY law firm Morrin Law Office, has developed a free mobile application with all the tools needed to properly process the aftermath of an accident and better prepare for the ensuing complications, both legal and financial.

It’s colder, but I’m still running, chasing pain, and embracing discomfort.

🥶 🏃#keepgoing

Sometimes, You Don’t Need a Personal Injury Lawyer 😮

-If you’ve received an offer from the insurance company that is a “policy limits” offer and you are certain that no other insurance policies apply (such as UIM, umbrella, stacked liability policies, stacked PIP policies, etc.)

-If you understand your PIP benefits and how to be paid for lost wages, out-of-pocket expenses

If you aren’t certain about any of these aspects, then you truly should speak with a personal injury attorney you can trust. Of course, even if you are certain of all the above, a knowledgeable personal injury attorney will still be able to reduce the amount you are required to pay to medical care providers when you repay them for covering your injuries caused by your accident.
