Hey folks, Rob Morrin with Morrin Law Office, your Kentucky personal injury professional. A question I’m getting a lot of is, “Should I hire a personal injury professional if I’m not at fault?” Listen, after a fall where you’re injured, after a car accident where you’ve been injured and you don’t believe you’re at fault, if you have significant injury or you have an injury that’s going to require some additional treatment, then it makes sense to talk to me or someone else who does this every day. Why? Because a lot of times, the insurance company is going to come in very early on, before you know the extent of your injuries and how much treatment you’re going to need, and they’ll offer you $1,000 or $1,500 with a smile and say, “Wouldn’t this be nice if you just got this paycheck real quick?”
Yeah, not so fast. Sometimes you need tens of thousands of dollars in treatment, and it doesn’t make sense in light of that $1,500 or $1,000 quick offer from insurance companies. I’ve seen it over and over again. They want to take advantage of you when you don’t have professional representation or professional guidance. If it doesn’t make sense to hire me, trust me, I don’t want you as a client. I will talk to you. I will point you in the right direction. I want your best life for you, but I only want clients whom I can add significant value to. Because I want to make people happy, I want to add value, I want to get you to your best life.
