Where is your personal injury office located?
Our injury law firm is located at 214 West Main Street in Richmond, Kentucky, the hometown of our senior personal injury lawyer, Rob Morrin. Our personal injury practice is the most tech savvy firm in Central Kentucky and our virtual and remote office capabilities extend throughout Kentucky. Our cutting edge technology allows our clients to remotely sign documents, send pictures and evidence, and communicate with our team from their smartphone or computer without having to leave their home while they recover from their injuries.
When are you available?
Our personal injury team is accessible via email, call, message, or text, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you need to call after five, on the weekend, or need advice in the early hours of the morning, we strive to provide immediate personal injury services at any time during the day, week, or year.
Who will I be working with?
You will primarily work with our senior personal injury attorney, Rob Morrin, who will help you determine the best path forward for you. Mr. Morrin relies on his highly trained personal injury team to assist him with his caseload but every case is guided by our celebrated licensed personal injury professional.
How much is my case worth?
The answer to this question largely depends on who was at fault for the injury, severity of your injury, cost and length of medical treatment and recovery, and whether or not you have any permanent impairment or restrictions that were caused by the accident. We offer 100% risk-free injury case evaluations that can be conducted over the phone or teleconference if necessary. We do not charge any money for initial injury claim evaluations.

What kind of cases do you take?
Why should I work with you?
Authenticity is one of our core principals and us such we only take cases that we have confidence in our ability to add significant value. If our representation doesn’t make sense for your particular situation, and sometimes it doesn’t, we will still discuss your situation, concerns, and options free of charge. We want everyone who comes to us to leave much better off and with a plan. Our primary concern is the experience of our clients and we believe our online reviews reflect this. We do things differently here, and our community loves the difference. Learn more about our mission here.
Do you charge for consultations about car wrecks, dog attacks, or insurance?
We never charge to discuss car accidents, dog bites, or insurance claim denials or insurance claim assistance for the purpose of determining if you have a case and providing an opinion about whether or not it is in your best interest to work with a team of Kentucky injury professionals. You will never receive a surprise bill from our office. During your no-cost consultation, we discuss your injury or insurance claim and answer any questions about how we add value and our add-value guarantee.
I was in a car accident. What now?
If you were in a car accident then it’s important to seek treatment from an Emergency Room or trauma injury treatment facility as soon as possible because if it turns out you can’t immediately feel the severity of your injuries (this can happen for a number of reasons) then the insurance company will use that as an excuse to not pay for much needed medical care. Be safe and get checked out by a medical professional after an injury. It’s too risky to ignore.
If I want you as my car accident or injury attorney, how do you get paid?
We represent injured Kentuckians and those who have been denied insurance claims on a contingency basis. In other words, we don’t get paid unless we win for you. We never charge consult fees for injury or insurance claims.
I've been hurt but I want to avoid a lawsuit. Can you help?
Yes! We want to respect the wishes and individuality of every client who chooses to work with us to get back to their best life and health after an injury. In most situations, it is best for the health of our client to avoid filing a lawsuit when possible. We believe it is important to help the insurance company properly evaluate our clients’ injury claims the first time so our clients are able to receive justice and proper treatment while avoiding the time and stress of a lawsuit.
What makes your personal injury firm different?
We focus solely on personal injury matters, particularly car accidents, and we help hurt Kentuckians every day. This narrow focus allows our professionals to be truly dedicated to providing premium representation for those seriously injured in Kentucky. We also use advanced insurance algorithm software to properly value injury claims and even rely on insurance industry experts, former adjusters, to craft and hone our methods and systems so we can ensure the fairest results for our clients.
